Thank you for shopping small with us at Walla Wicks + Wonders! We hope you LOVE your candle, but understand that sometimes problems arise.  If your order arrives with damages, we are here to help!

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE

Walla Wicks + Wonders is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. In the instance that your package is lost, stolen, or missing, you will need to file a claim through your local USPS/UPS office.

If you receive a package with broken items, you can submit a replacement claim to us via email: daltonwalla10@gmail.com — PLEASE INCLUDE PHOTO PROOF OF DAMAGE. We will not be able to replace it without proof of photo. A replacement will be provided based on our current stock of scent and containers. If the same scent or container is not in stock, a list of ready to ship products of the same value will be provided to select the replacement.
